We want shopping with Tesoro by Design to be simple and enjoyable, from placing your order to receiving it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds.

UK Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. All delivery services are subject to stock availability.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery – £3.95
Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days.

Royal Mail First Class – £6.95
Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch, with estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – £8.95
Order before 2pm for delivery on the next working day.

International Delivery

International Tracked Delivery – £15.00
Estimated delivery within 14–21 working days.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other charges in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Delivery

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, USA.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you've ordered is temporarily out of stock, we aim to contact you within one working day with information about availability and expected delivery.

We regularly replenish our stock and aim to dispatch temporarily unavailable items within 28 days.

If you've ordered more than one item and part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we'll send the available items first and dispatch the outstanding item separately when it arrives, with no additional delivery charge.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you'll love your purchase from Tesoro by Design. However, if something isn't quite right or you've simply changed your mind, you can return an item to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where an item has been worn, damaged or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where a free gift was included as part of a promotion, this may also need to be returned in accordance with the terms of the promotion.

How to Return an Item

We recommend obtaining a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office and keeping it until your return has been processed.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing your order. Once processed, please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Original delivery charges are not normally refunded unless required by your statutory rights or where we have agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to cancel it before it leaves us. If it has already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us following the returns procedure above.
